Heated Classes

  • Hot Vinyasa

Heated vinyasa is a strong and steady paced vinyasa class in a heated room. Temperatures range from 92-98 degrees. Prepare for a hardy sweat! Bring a towel and water!

  • Heated Mellow Flow

Heated Mellow Flow is accessible for most fitness levels and beginners. Dynamic, breath-focused sequences are smooth and move at a slower pace than other vinyasa styles. Often finishing asanas and meditations are held for longer periods—reminiscent of the yin styles of yoga. Temperature in the classroom ranges from 90-95 degrees.

  • Firelight Yin and Restore

Firelight Yin and Restore is a warm and meditative class. Accessible to all levels, these classes are warmed & lit by firelight and safely increase flexibility without strain. The intention here is to deepen concentration through extended stretches, pranayama and restorative postures. Students are encouraged to respect their physical boundaries while exploring their edge. Perfect way to unwind the the busy mind.

  • Firelight Flow and Restore

Our Flow and Restore evening class, only lit by fire and warmer (about 80-85degrees).

If Flow All is a salute to the sunrise, Firelight Flow & Restore is in praise of the sunset. Less instructional than Vinyasa Beginnings and Yoga Basics, though accessible for most fitness levels and beginners. Dynamic, breath-focused sequences are balanced and move at a smooth pace. Finishing asanas and meditations are held for longer periods—reminiscent of the yin styles of yoga. Class concludes with an extended restorative practice & yoga nidra.

  • Hot Mala Yoga

This signature hot yoga class with Sarah Sol is a set sequence that instructs the mind & body to its edge safely, cohesively and powerfully. Temperatures in the classroom range from 95-104 degrees F and concludes with cold towel service. Transformative.
