Join RVY Senior Instructor, Janet Langley for an afternoon to be re-acquainted or to learn about different ways to enhance your restorative practice.
The RVY Dome provides a lovely space for a restorative class, with a fireplace and so many more props than your at-home yoga spaces can provide. Our hope is to assist you in getting “tucked in” and supported in ways that are not always available in an online class. Hope you can attend!
