Yoga for self-care with Janet Langley

As a yoga student, we sometimes question if we should come to class when we have an injury or heath issue that we think may be aggravated by yoga (asana) practice. As lovers of yoga, the decision to forgo yoga practice can be so disheartening! 

In this workshop we will explore different techniques to approach asana for your individual needs, so that you can continue to practice yoga in class or at home and learn to manage your health concerns, whether they are temporary or chronic.

March 5 & April 2

Follow Up Class: Sunday April 2: 9:00 - 11:00 am (no additional fee required for the follow up session)
