Below is the online application for the 2023 Sol Yoga Teacher Training Program. Once you have submitted the application and paid the deposit, you will be contacted to schedule an interview with Sarah Sol and/or SYTT faculty. Upon making your deposit you will also receive a coupon code for two complimentary SSY regular in-studio classes. Please come a little early to introduce yourself if you haven’t already!

Student Acknowledgement: Attendance to every weekend session in the training is mandatory. However, should the occasion arise that you are not able to attend a portion of the training, you must get prior approval from both co-directors. All assignments and hours must be made up a the students' expense. If you miss more than 1 full weekend, it will impact your ability to graduate under this program.
